SRS operates under the Safety and Quality Management Programs developed and supported by Oneida ESC Group, providing consistent safety and quality practices across all OESC Group companies. Quality and safety are connected, and this is reflected in the OESC Group companies’ common commitment to safe and best practices and to realizing practical, changeable, and safe solutions to ever-changing field conditions. We recognize the superimposed relationship between safety and quality as a central tenet of our commitment to customer service.
Our established safety and quality management programs have been developed over the past 28 years and are constantly maintained and improved to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contract guidance.
Our safety management staff have certified industrial hygienist or certified safety professional credentials, in addition to OSHA HAZWOPER, Construction, and Supervisor credentials. Many of our staff are trained in first aid, CPR, and AED.
Within our quality program, staff responsible for quality control in the field have obtained USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification, and our munitions response quality staff are fully-qualified for UXO QC operations in accordance with DDESB TP 18.
The following attributes are embodied in the OESC Group’s Corporate Safety and Quality Programs:
